Local 21 regrets to announce the passing of Retired FEO Kenneth Brisbois. FEO Brisbois passed away on Monday September 2, 2019. FEO Brisbois started with the Saint Paul Fire Department on April 20, 1968 and retired on December 24, 1993.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
