2019 Stair Climbs

It's that time year again when we start recruiting people to climb some stairs! Saint Paul Fire will be fielding a team for all three stair climbs and we would like as many people as we can find to join us. All three climbs are located in Minneapolis and are as follows: Big Climb February 16th C-shift works B-shift coming off shift Capella Tower 53 floors Fight for Air February 23th A-shift works C-shift coming off shift US Bank plaza 31 floors/680 steps

Climb for a Cure March 2nd B-shift works C-Shift coming off shift IDS Center 52 floors/1280 steps It would be great to have a large showing this year. So, if you are on the fence about it… get in. If you need to think of it as training for the job, a way to win in competition against MFD, or a tax write off please come out and get in, or stay, in shape. All fitness levels are welcome as all three of these are more of a march than a run. Please respond to let me know that you are interested. Once I have an idea of who and how many people are in I swill start to organize training groups for anyone who is interested.
